24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is outlined in this section. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

At John Francis Beauty, every appointment is reserved with care and intention. To preserve a seamless experience for each client, we kindly ask that all cancellations and rescheduling requests are made with appropriate notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit may also be required to reserve any future appointment.

Deposits

A partial deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your final service total. When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the required notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

Running Late

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

We understand that plans can change. These guidelines allow us to honor the time reserved for each client while keeping appointment availability thoughtful and fair.
