The Bridal Experience
The trial is where the final direction is refined before the wedding day. Hair texture, face shape, gown, veil or accessories, photography, and the overall wedding aesthetic are considered so the final look feels cohesive rather than simply styled.
For on-location weddings, timing and travel are planned around the confirmed wedding schedule. Larger parties and additional services are coordinated in advance so the bride knows exactly what is included.
How Bridal Booking Works
.1. Submit a Bridal Inquiry with the wedding date, location, party size, requested services, and ready-by time.
2. Availability and service requirements are reviewed.
3. The appropriate package, additional services, travel requirements, and booking terms are confirmed.
4. The in-salon trial is scheduled before the wedding.
5. Final wedding-day timing and details are confirmed in advance.
Travel & On-Location Service
Packages 1 and 2 are priced for wedding-day service at John Francis Beauty. On-location service is available for an additional fee.
Package 3 includes local West Hollywood/Beverly Hills on-location service.
Travel outside the local service area, parking, valet, hotel, or other location-related expenses are additional when applicable.
How far in advance should I reserve bridal services?
Earlier is recommended, particularly for peak wedding dates. Reserving in advance also allows time for the in-salon trial and any pre-wedding hair preparation that may be needed.
Is a bridal trial included?
Yes. Each package includes the applicable in-salon trial before the wedding: hair for Package 1, and hair + makeup for Packages 2 and 3.
Do you provide on-location bridal services?
Yes. Packages 1 and 2 can be upgraded to on-location service for an additional fee. Package 3 includes local West Hollywood/Beverly Hills on-location service.
Can bridesmaids, mothers, or additional guests be added?
Yes. Additional bridal-party services may be added at $200 for hair, $200 for makeup, or $375 for hair + makeup per person.
Can I schedule hair color, glossing, smoothing, or a haircut before the wedding?
Yes. Pre-wedding hair services can be scheduled separately when needed so the hair is prepared for the final bridal look.
