After submitting your appointment request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to reply with a few current photos of your hair, along with 2–5 inspiration images. Reviewing these in advance allows John Francis to assess your starting point and prepare personalized recommendations before your consultation.

During your consultation, you’ll discuss your hair history, desired outcome, maintenance expectations, timeline, and estimated investment. You’ll receive honest, professional guidance on what is realistically achievable, whether your goals can be accomplished in a single appointment or would benefit from a phased approach to maintain the health and integrity of your hair.
