24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is outlined in this section. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

At John Francis Beauty, every appointment is reserved with care and intention. To provide the best service to all of our clients and respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for the following:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to book future appointments.

Deposits: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

A partial deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final service total. If you cancel within the allowed time frame, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

Running Late?

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our time and the opportunities of other clients to book.
