Achieve Frizz-free Hair!
Nobody wants frizzy hair! Are we right?! Believe it or not, achieving a sleek, frizz-free look is easier than you may think! By simply using the right products you can transform your hair so it is much easier to manage and style! Take our tips from an expert and you will be looking good!
1. Choose the right shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.
When you are choosing your shampoo and conditioner, be sure to pay attention to what hair type the product is suited for! If you tend to have super oily hair, go for a clarifying shampoo. If you have super dry hair, pick out a more moisturizing shampoo. Also, be sure to stay away from products that contain alcohol! Choosing the wrong products for you hair can actually leave you with over-dry, dull hair, making it more difficult to get the sleek look you are going for!
2. Use the right styling products for your hair.
After getting out of the shower, you can apply a smoothing serum to freshly-washed, damp hair. You want to be sure to avoid putting hair serum close to your roots, as it can make your hair appear greasy. Only apply the serum to the bottom half of your hair, using just a small amount. Too much serum can make your hair go flat and look fine
3. Healthy hair is shiny, sleek hair.
Drinking lots of water and eating healthy foods are also super good for your hair, and can make it extra shiny! Limiting the amount of heat you use on your hair is also great for your hair! Save the heat for special occasions and your hair will thank you!

A Little Bit of Holiday Sparkle
Sparkle is the name of the game when it comes to styling for the holidays! Everywhere you look there is a bit of extra glitter, so why not carry this trend over to your hair?! While this may not be an everyday look, it is definitely fun to jazz up your hair for the holiday season! Hair Gems
Hair gems are really great for a subtle shine “here and there” throughout your hair. These gems come in a pack and you basically iron them on to your hair with your straightening iron. They will stay in your hair for about a week and will withstand washing, blowdrying, straightening, and curling! For a super-glam, holiday party look, braid your hair into a loose fishtail braid and add the hair gems throughout your braid!

Sparkle Hair Clips
An even more temporary option to adding a bit of sparkle to your holiday look is to use a hair clip or barrette! This extra bit of sparkle adds some drama to your look and makes it look even more glamourous. Swoop your hair up into a low bun, or side twist, add a sparkle clip, and you are party ready!

Sparkly headbands
Want a work-appropriate sparkle level for everyday wear that is not too flashy? Try using a headband with some shine to it! These can be found at almost any store, but Anthropogie makes beautiful pieces! A sparkly headband is the perfect amount of sparkle for day wear or work, but it still keeps your hair out of your face so you can focus.
